Flag Day~
back frm selling "flags"~ woke up early in e mornin ard 7 and went on 2 woodlands 2 collect my tin n ask 4 donations... kinda prayed lastnite tt my ankle wudnt hurt n tt i will be able to collect as much as possible larz. So, in e mornin, i managed 2b e person who collected e most in woodlands. =D not bad ehZ? my ankle din hurt tho i stand practically e whole dayz.. we oni rested 4 an hourz for lunch ard 12, den i headed on 2 AMK with weijie n jiez.
reached amk ard 145, as me n weijie already have our tins, we started our collection againz. i managed 2 clear my stickers ard 4+~ by tt time my ankle wasnt hurtin still.. TG manz.. hahahaZ... but hor.. my shoulder hurts.. carryin e tin at tt same position for so long hurtz lor.. and it gets heavier n heavier~~
well, i shd be considered quite blessed as some uncles n aunties took e initiative to donate for me~ dey walked over to mE~~ i am SUrpRisEd lor... den a teenage funky lookin ger whom i approached initially n gt rejected, she sat ard tt area for some time n when her fren came, she approached me n donated 2~~~!!!! hEE.. =D BTW an uncle gave me $5~~~~ my highest for e whole of 2day~~! i muz say somethgz.. alot of malays are very generous... alot of em gave $2 notes while most chinese gave shillingz... plus horz, some of em actually took e initiative 2 do so!!!!!! THANK YOU~~ i am a chinese lar.. nt dat i wan say bad thg of chinese regardin dis, but hor, e chinese really pales in comparison in certain things.. buT e uncle who gave me $5 bucks was a chinese laz. tho i m definite he wun see dis, i still wanna thank ya uncle!!!
i manage to collect till when i can hear no sound when dey put in e coins.. ard 7/8 full i supposez. by den very tired le.. so stopped n pei jiez. but i tink i m more of a disturbance 2 her~~~ hAhAz~ but nan de gt time can hang ard with her so muz grab hold of e chance ye~ =P
tots: really tiring 2 sell flags esp sell frm 9 - 6~ but however i feel quite glad abt e whole dayz.. quite a nice experience 2 do once in a while~
